Let me introduce myself

If you do go Ink to the Woods with me you’ll be in safe hands (promise!) however, you probably wouldn’t mind knowing a little bit more about who you’ll be venturing out with first.

So, without further a do let me introduce myself…I’m Clair. I’ve been working as a Graphic Designer in the creative sector for almost 15 years. The biggest chunk of my career has been spent working for some of Bristols finest design and marketing agencies. Take a look at my linked in profile if you’re interested in learning a bit more about my background.

I set up as a limited company in 2015 and haven’t looked back. The best thing about being self-employed is that I get to work directly with my clients, some have even become good friends!

I live in Weston-super-Mare with my Husband Philip and our little boy Arran. At weekends we love going for walks on the beach and exploring our local woodland. As a family we care about the environment, it’s important to us to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible, we have solar panels on our house, our son wears reusable nappies and the majority of our cosmetics are plastic packaging free but, there’s a lot more that we could be doing which it’s why it’s my ambition to work with more positive impact companies and non-profits.

I co-run a greetings card subscription company called The Paper Pioneers
in any time that I have spare – it keeps me out of trouble.
